基于Moldflow的电蚊香加热器上盖翘曲的优化分析
Electric Mosquito Heater Cover Warpage Optimization Analysis Based on Moldflow
【摘要】 分析了电蚊香上盖的结构和成型工艺,使用Moldflow软件确定浇口最佳位置,并优化浇注过程中的工艺参数,通过对成型过程的模流分析,合理调整模具温度,优化保压曲线,以减小由于收缩不均所引起的翘曲问题,为注塑模具设计提供合理依据。这种利用模流分析软件Moldflow进行注塑模具优化设计的方法,缩短了开发周期,使得注塑模具设计更具有准确性。
【Abstract】 This article analyzed the electric mosquito on the structure and shell molding process,using Moldflow software to determine the best gate location,and to optimize the process parameters of the casting process. By molding process mold flow analysis, mold temperature reasonable adjustments to optimize packing curve,to minimize errors due to warping caused by uneven shrinkage purpose was to provide a reasonable basis for injection mold design. This use for mold flow analysis software Moldflow injection mold optimization design method to shorten the development cycle,making injection mold design more accurate.
