基于全寿命周期成本的风电场工程规划优化设计研究
Design Optimization of Wind Farms Based on Life Cycle Cost
【摘要】 在大规模风电场工程规划设计中,如何优化电气系统设计方案,为风电场项目的科学决策提供依据,是风电场总体规划设计所面临的问题。运用全寿命周期成本管理的方法,对大规模风电场的总体规划设计进行了优化。通过综合技术经济比较,验证了总体规划设计方案初投资额的大小并不能代表其经济上的优劣,只有项目全寿命周期成本最低的方案,才是最为经济的方案。
【Abstract】 How to optimize electrical system design of large-scaled wind farms,which is able to provide basis for making a scientific decision of wind farm projects,is a main problem in the overall planning and design of wind farms.The life cycle cost management is used herein to improve the planning and design of large-scaled wind farms.Comprehensive technical and economic comparison shows that the amount of investment in overall planning and design program cannot explain project’s advantage in economy,and the program with lowest life cycle cost is the most economic solution.
