【摘要】 水工安全鉴定是水电工程安全鉴定的重要组成部分,与工程设计、咨询、审查、评估等技术活动相比,有其独特特点。介绍了安全鉴定工作的依据、内容和特点,提出在掌握技术标准和技术动态、收集工程资料、归纳工程特点和难点、分析设计变更、重视永临结合建筑物、工程质量缺陷处理、监测资料分析等方面需采取有针对性的技术措施,在组建专家队伍、基础工作、交流沟通、组织策划及质量控制等方面也需采取相应的组织措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The security identification of hydraulic structures is an important part in the security identification of hydropower engineering,and has different characteristics with engineering design,consulting,review and evaluation.The legal basis,contents and characteristics of security identification of hydraulic structures are introduced.The technological measures being specially taken in the security identification are proposed,including understanding technological standards and developments,collecting engineering data,summarizing engineering features and difficulties,analyzing design changes,focusing on the combination of permanent and temporary buildings,treating quality defects and analyzing monitoring data.The organizational measures for guaranteeing the completion of security identification are also suggested from the aspects of expert teams,basic works,communication,organization planning and report quality control.更多还原
