海洋脐带缆张紧器总体方案设计

【摘要】 在海洋油气开发过程中需要通过脐带缆完成通信、电信号传输及液体注入等。张紧器是铺设脐带缆的关键设备之一,可以保障脐带缆的恒张力铺设。综述了两履带上下或水平布置、三履带对中布置、四履带对中布置3种形式的脐带缆张紧器应用优缺点,对比了各脐带缆张紧器的性能参数。针对海洋脐带缆铺设特点,设计了四履带对中式脐带缆张紧器的总体结构方案及其履带机构总成、驱动系统。研究成果对形成适合我国海洋脐带缆铺设作业技术,满足我国海洋油气田开发需要具有指导意义。

【Abstract】 Offshore oil and gas resources development needs to complete transmission of communication and electrical signal,or liquid injection through the umbilical.Marine umbilical tensioner is one of the key equipment on laying umbilical,and can protect the umbilical constant tension laying.Dual crawler,triple centrosymmetric crawler and quadruplicate centrosymmetric crawler tensioners were summerized,and the performance parameters of the umbilical tensioner were compared.The overall structure of four-track umbilical tensioner,its crawler mechanism assembly and drive system for marine umbilical laying characteristics were designed.The research of marine umbilical cable has important guiding significance for China’s offshore oil and gas field development.
