实体套管膨胀驱动力仿真研究
Simulative Study of Driving Force for Solid Expandable Tubular
【摘要】 为了研究材料性能参数与套管膨胀驱动力的关系,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS的非线性分析模块,建立实体套管模型。在不同屈服强度、抗拉强度和延伸率下对套管膨胀过程进行仿真,分析材料性能参数对套管膨胀驱动力的影响。根据拟合曲线得出套管膨胀驱动力计算公式。为实体膨胀套管的试验和工程应用提供参考。
【Abstract】 The ANASYS non-linear software was adopted to study the relation between the material properties and the driving force for the solid expandable tubular,the simulative analysis model for the casing was established.The model could be used to calculate the effect of different factors including tensile strength,yielding strength and elongation rate of the tubular on the driving force,the formula for calculating the driving force was obtained which could be referred to in the experiment and engineering application in future.
