【摘要】 目的观察分析针刺配合中药口服综合疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法将70例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组与对照组各35例。治疗组采用针刺配合中药口服综合疗法,对照组服用柳氮磺胺吡啶片,两组各治疗3个月。结果治疗结束后,治疗组巴氏AS功能指数、病情整体评分、巴氏AS疾病活动性指数、巴氏AS计量指数、时刻髋关节活动度、血沉及C-反应蛋白治疗前后比较,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。对照组病情整体评分、巴氏AS疾病活动性指数、时刻髋关节活动度、血沉及C-反应蛋白治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后组间比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组总有效率比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合中药口服疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎临床疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ankylosing spondylitis( AS) treated with the comprehensive therapy of acupuncture and oral administration of Chinese medicine( comprehensive therapy). Methods Seventy cases of AS were randomized into two groups,a treatment group and a control group, 35 cases in each one. In the treatment group,the comprehensive therapy was adopted. In the control group, Sulfasalazine Tablets were prescribed,the treatment was 3 months in the two groups. Results At the end of treatment,BASFI( Bath AS functional index),the disease overall score,BASDAI( Bath AS disease activity index),BASMI( Bath AS metrology index),time hip joint mobility,ESR( erythrocyte sedimentation rate) and C- reactive protein were compared before and after treatment in the treatment group,indicating the statistical difference( P < 0. 05). In the control group,the disease overall score,BASDAI,time hip joint mobility,ESR and C- reactive protein were different before and after treatment significantly( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the results in the treatment group were superior to the control group( P < 0. 05). The total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The comprehensive therapy of acupuncture and oral administration of Chinese medicine achieves the significant clinical efficacy on AS.更多还原
