尿毒清颗粒对维持性血液透析患者氧化应激的影响
Impacts of Niaoduqing Granules on Oxidative Stress in the Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis
【摘要】 目的探讨尿毒清颗粒对维持性血液透析患者氧化应激的改善作用。方法将维持性血液透析半年以上的患者240例随机分为透析对照组、中药组(尿毒清颗粒口服)、西药组(维生素E口服),每组80例,另设健康对照组30例。分别于治疗前及治疗1、3、6个月后检测各组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、不对称二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)、晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)水平。结果透析患者治疗前各因子水平均显著高于健康对照组。治疗3个月后,中药组各因子水平明显下降,与透析对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗6个月后,中药组各因子水平下降更明显,与西药组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);西药组与透析对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但西药组治疗前后各因子水平无明显变化。结论尿毒清颗粒可以明显改善维持性血液透析患者氧化应激状态。
【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the improvement of Niaoduqing Granules on oxidative stress in the patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods Two hundred and forty patients with maintenance hemodialysis for over half a year were randomized into a hemodialysis control group,a Chinese medicine group( oral administration of Niaoduqing Granules) and a western medicine group( oral administration of vitamin E), 80 cases in each group. Additionally,a health control group( 30 cases) was set up. Separately,the levels of hs- CRP,ADMA and AOPP were detected before treatment,in 1,3 and 6 months after treatment. Results The levels of all the factors in the patients with hemodialysis before treatment were higher significantly than those in the health control group. After treatment for 3 months,the levels of all the factors were reduced obviously in Chinese medicine group,indicating the significant difference in comparison with the hemodialysis control group( P < 0. 01). After treatment for 6 months,the levels of all the factors were reduced much more obviously in Chinese medicine group,indicating the significant difference in comparison with the western medicine group( P < 0. 05). The difference was significant in comparison between the western medicine group and the hemodialysis control group( P < 0. 05). But the levels of all the factors did not change apparently before and after treatment in the western medicine group. Conclusion Niaoduqing Granules improve obviously the oxidative stress state in the patients with maintenance hemodialysis.
