【摘要】 随着河北省旅游产业的迅猛发展,旅游业技能型人才短缺问题日益突出。问题主要表现在:从业人员数量不足,结构性人才短缺,服务一线的技能型人才紧缺,旅游人才流失严重。为此,需构建合理的人才培养体系,优化整合河北旅游教育资源,分类培养专业技能人才,强化校企联合培养体制建设,促进学校间交流与合作,培养适合旅游业发展的技能型专业人才。更多还原
