基于Android的裂缝宽度检测系统设计实现

【摘要】 针对传统基于pc机的裂缝宽度检测方法不够灵活方便,设计了一个基于Android的便携式裂缝宽度检测系统。通过驱动手机摄像头采集裂缝图像,利用图像处理技术对采集到的图像进行预处理、二值化及Canny边缘检测等,从而提取出裂缝的边缘信息,计算出裂缝的宽度。将系统的检测值与裂缝测宽仪的测量数据进行比较,其相对误差不超过7%。实验结果表明,该系统能够较准确地检测出裂缝的边缘,而且检测出的裂缝宽度具有较高的精确性,因此能够较大提高检测效率。

【Abstract】 In general,the method of conventional crack width detection based on PC is short of flexibility and convenience.A portable system for detecting crack width based on Android is researched and designed.Firstly,mobile phone camera is used to collect the crack image.Then,the collected image is processed by utilizing digital image processing technique,including preprocessing,filtering by utilizing morphological filter and canny edge-detection,and then the edges of the crack is extracted and the width is calculated.Compared the values of the system detected with the data of crack width detector,the relative error does not exceed 7%.The experimental results show that the system can detect the edges of the crack accurately and the width of the crack has higher accuracy compared with the standard width of the crack,so this system can make the measure more convenient and improve the efficiency of detection greatly.
