BIM技术在城市结构调整中对历史建筑保护的应用研究——以吉林建筑工程学院体育馆复原为例
Research on the Protection of Historic Buildings with BIM Technology in the Process of City Structural Adjustment——Take the Restoration of Gymnasium in Jilin Architectural and Civil Engineering Institute as an Example
【摘要】 以吉林建筑工程学院体育馆复原为例,通过积极应用BIM技术与相关软件,将历史建筑的结构、表皮以及设备管线等模型信息分"层"复原,在极大程度上扩充了建筑数据采集的任务量与最终成果的信息涵盖量。对吉林建筑工程学院主要建筑的复原项目实践,将历史建筑的研究与数字化建筑教学相结合,为今后城市结构调整过程中出现的历史建筑保护问题提出了一个可行的保护与研究办法。
【Abstract】 Through application of BIM technology and related software,we restore the architectural structures,skin and equipment pipeline by "layer" model information.It expands the construction data acquisition task load and the information amount covered on the ultimate outcome to a great extent.Through the practice of main buildings restoration project of the Jilin Architectural and Civil Engineering Institute,we will combine historical building research and digital construction teaching.By doing so,we could provide a feasible protection and research methods of historical building for the future city structural adjustment.
