【摘要】 目的:挖掘治疗溃疡性结肠炎的核心方药,探索其用药规律。方法:选取江苏省中医院2009~2013年间525份溃疡性结肠炎住院病历,将病历录入结构化临床诊疗信息采集系统中,经数据整理和规则处理后,采用复杂网络方法,分析中药处方的核心药物及常用配伍。结果:治疗溃疡性结肠炎的核心药物为地榆、黄连、木香、白芍、仙鹤草、当归、炒白术、黄芩、紫草、薏苡仁、茯苓、山药。结论:数据挖掘可以客观分析治疗溃疡性结肠炎核心药物及常用配伍,指导临床处方用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was aimed to discover core agent for the treatment of ulcerative colitis and explore the medication rules.A total of 525 ulcerative colitis medical records in the Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM were selected from 2009 to 2013.The records were input into the structured information acquisition system of clinical diagnosis and treatment.The complex network analysis was used to analyze core drugs of prescription and drug compatibility after data mining and rule processing.The results showed that the core drugs are Diyu,Huanglian,Muxiang,Baishao,Xianhecao,Danggui,Chaobaizhu,Huangqin,Zicao,Yiyiren,Fuling,Shanyao.It was concluded that data mining can be an objective method in the analysis of core drugs and compatibility in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.It can also be used to guide the clinical prescription medication.更多还原
