In order to repair the pressing wheel mould with high hardness of 63 HRC by laser cladding, the pressing wheel mould was preheated to 450 ℃ and the special Ni-based WC composite powder was also adopted. The microstructure and wear resistance were investigated by optical microscope, XRD and MM-200 wear tester.
