Cu-5wt%Al2O3Alloy was fabricated by internal oxidation,and its annealling characteristics microstructure was studied by mechanical and electric property measurement,SEM fracture analysis and TEM observation.The results show that with increasing hot deformation,the hardness increases gradually,whereas the conductivity decreases.When the alloy's hot rotary forging deformation is 78.4%,the hardness and conductivity reach 87 HRB and 60.9% IACS,respectively.After the alloy with 78.4% hot rotary forging is anneal...
