AZ31镁合金累积叠轧焊界面结合机制的研究
Reseach on Accumulated Roll Bonding Interface of AZ31 Magnesium Alloy
【摘要】 采用Gleeble试验机模拟了AZ31铸态镁合金在变形温度350℃、应变速率0.01s-1和不同变形量下累积叠轧焊的界面接合过程,采用OM和SEM观察了界面的演变过程。结果表明,AZ31与其界面结合机制是两侧晶粒通过动态再结晶在界面上形成共同晶粒。当累积叠轧变形量大于60%时,其界面结合良好。
【Abstract】 The joining processes of as-cast AZ31 magnesium alloy of accumulative roll bonding during deformation temperature of 350℃,strain rate of 0.01s-1 and different deformation were simulated by using Gleeble thermal-mechanical simulator.The interface evolution was examined by using optical microscope and scanning electronic microscope.The results show that the mechanism of joining in the AZ31/AZ31 interface is mainly forming collective grain in grains of two sides of the interface by dynamic recrystallization.When deformation is more than 60% during accumulative roll bonding,the joining of interface is good.
