回火温度对双相钢热处理退火组织的影响
Influence of Tempering Temperature on Annealed Microstructure of Dual-phase Steel
【摘要】 以DP600钢为研究对象,对试样进行740℃×10min的退火,然后以240℃/h缓慢降温,分别在180、220和260℃对试样进行90min回火。然后应用扫描电镜观察材料微观组织,研究铁素体和马氏体形貌。实验结果表明:退火后再260℃回火材料的铁素体细化,马氏体分解充分且均匀分布,该DP钢微观组织有利于屈服强度和变形均匀性的提高。
【Abstract】 DP600 steel was annealed at 740 ℃ for 10 min.Then temperature decreased slowly at 240 ℃/h,the materials were tempered at 180 ℃,220 ℃,260 ℃ for 90 min,respectively.The microstructure morphologies were observed by SEM,the image of martensite and ferrite was studied.The results indicate that the trend of even fine ferrite and small martensite are obvious at 260 ℃ than others during tempering of continuous annealed.Grain refinement leads to an increase in both yield strength and improves forming uniform.
