Al2O3颗粒增强铝基复合材料热膨胀性能研究

【摘要】 采用搅拌铸造法制备了纯铝、5%Al2O3+0.1%Ce、5%Al2O3、7%Al2O3成分的颗粒增强铝基复合材料。利用DIL402PC热膨胀仪,研究了试验材料在40~460℃间的热膨胀系数。结果表明,Al2O3增强颗粒的加入,使该复合材料在加热膨胀时的热膨胀系数降低,且影响程度随增强颗粒体积分数的增加而加强;稀土铈明显降低了Al2O3增强颗粒铝基复合材料的热膨胀系数。

【Abstract】 The four components(pure aluminum,5%Al2O3 + 0.1%Ce,5%Al2O3,7%Al2O3) of particulate reinforced aluminum matrix composite were fabricated by stirring casting.The thermal expansion coefficients of the test materials between 40-460 ℃ were studied by DIL402PC thermal expansion instrument.The results show that the thermal expansion coefficient of the composite decreases when heating with Al2O3 reinforcement particle and the influence degree increases with the particle volume fraction increasing.The thermal expansion coefficient of the composite reduces obviously by adding rare earth cerium.
