焊接修复对铁素体不锈钢焊接接头疲劳性能的影响

【摘要】 通过脉动拉伸疲劳试验对T4003铁素体不锈钢焊接接头(去掉余高)的疲劳性能进行研究,并将一、二次焊修与未焊修的焊接接头中值疲劳强度进行了对比。结果表明:一、二次焊修的T4003铁素体不锈钢对接接头(去掉余高)的疲劳强度与未焊修试件相比明显降低,一次焊修约降低5.0MPa,二次焊修约降低25.3MPa。

【Abstract】 The fatigue performance of the ferritic stainless steel T4003 butt joints was researched.Pulsating tensile fatigue test non-repairing welding.The median fatigue performance of once-repairing welding and second-repairing welding connectors was compared.The results show that the median fatigue strength of the once-repairing welding and the second-repairing welding ferritic stainless steel T4003 butt joints decreases significantly comparing with the non-repairing welding connectors.The median fatigue strength of the once-repairing welding reduces by about 5.0MPa,while the median fatigue strength of the second-repairing welding reduces by about 25.3MPa.
