挤压工艺对Mg-4Al-1Zn-0.6Ca-0.6Si-0.4Nd合金组织和力学性能的影响
Influence of Extrusion on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Mg-4Al-1Zn-0.6Ca-0.6Si-0.4Nd Alloy
【摘要】 研究了不同挤压温度和挤压比对Mg-4Al-1Zn-0.6Ca-0.6Si-0.4Nd镁合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,挤压变形可以显著细化镁合金的晶粒,大幅度提高材料的抗拉强度,屈服强度和伸长率。较低的挤压温度和较高的挤压比配合可以更好地细化晶粒。在挤压比为16,挤压温度为330℃时,合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率分别达到375MPa、305MPa、14%。
【Abstract】 The influences of different extrusion temperature and ratios on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-4Al-1Zn-0.6Ca-0.6Si-0.4Nd alloy were investigated.The results show that extrusion deformation can evidently refine the grains of the alloy.The tensile strength,yield strength and elongation were enhanced significantly.The grains become finer at lower extrusion temperature and bigger ratio.When extrusion ratio is 16 and extrusion temperature is 330℃,the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the alloy separately achieves 375 MPa,305 MPa and 14%.
