N36锆合金棒材性能研究

【摘要】 介绍了热轧和热轧/热旋锻两种锆合金棒材制备工艺过程及其特点,对两种工艺制备的N36锆合金棒材做了力学性能、腐蚀性能、微观结构和织构等性能的分析。结果表明,热轧工艺棒材的综合性能优于热轧/热旋锻工艺棒材,结合工艺过程的易操作性,可确认热轧工艺是较优的N36锆合金棒材制备工艺。

【Abstract】 The procedures and their differences of two kinds of zirconium alloy rod manufacturing processes,the hot rolling process and the hot rolling/hot swaging process,were briefly introduced.A series of properties including mechanical property,corrosion property,microstructure,texture and so on,were done on N36 zirconium alloy rods manufactured by hot rolling process and hot rolling/hot swaging process.The results show that the over-all properties of hot rolled rods are superior to those of hot swaged rods.It is concluded that the hot rolling process is a preferable process used in manufacture of N36 zirconium alloy rods combining with the convenient operation of hot rolling process.
