【摘要】 在金融危机的冲击下,经历了数十年去工业化的发达国家开始推进再工业化,寻求实体经济的回归。文章总结了发达国家再工业化进程中重新确立实体经济地位、扶持战略新兴产业、加大教育投资和积极解决环境问题的四个特征,并分析了发达国家再工业化战略对中国产业调整、市场拓展、技术创新和企业发展四个方面的影响。最后,文章为中国应对发达国家再工业化提出了转变经济发展模式,走新型工业化道路;加快科技创新,发展战略新兴产业;拓展海外投资,着眼核心技术并购;完善产业集群创新政策,提升企业竞争力这四个应对策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Suffered the financial crisis impact,the developed countries began to review their serious "softening" industrial structure,and to formulate various strategic measures to rebuild the manufacturing industry.Having summarizes four features of reindustrialization in developed countries,such as re-established the status of industry economy,support new industry,increase education investment,and solve the environmental problems,this paper analyzes the four aspects impacts on China of the reindustrialization in developed countries,including the structure of economy,export of commodity,innovation of technology and development of enterprise,and then put forward to four development strategies,such as take new path to industrialization,accelerate scientific and technological innovation,expand overseas investment,encourage the innovation of industrial cluster for China to response the challenges brought by reindustrialization in developed countries.更多还原
