三单元体旋转型惯导系统数据采集关键技术研究
Key Technology of Data Acquisition for Tri-unit Rotating Inertial Navigation System
【摘要】 在数据采集量大的情况下,为满足所采数据均来自同一时刻,详细分析了惯性器件之间、惯性器件与光栅之间数据采集时间不同步的影响,采用了同步脉冲、数据锁存、角度取均值等解决方案;为降低电机旋转对温度采集的影响,具体阐述了造成影响的原因,选用了数字传输与通信的方法,并从硬件上设计了一种数字式温度传感器DS18b20与DSP通讯的新模式。测试结果表明,数据采集单元达到了同步、抗干扰等预期设计指标,为高精度低成本惯导系统的实现建立了基础。
【Abstract】 Compared with the classical strap-down inertial navigation system(SINS) and the rotating inertial navigation system in being,tri-unit rotating strap-down inertial navigation system has many advantages.Nevertheless,it brings some new problems to data acquisition.As data quantity is large,to ensure all of the data sampled coming from the same time,the impact of time asynchronization both between inertial sensors and between inertial sensors and gratings is analyzed in detail.Then several solution are taken,such as synchronous pulse,data latch and angles average.In order to decrease motor rotating impact on temperature acquisition,the causes are described concretely and digital transmission is taken.Moreover,a new communication between digital temperature sensor DS18B20 and DSP is designed in hardware.The result shows the data acquisition instrument comforts anticipative requirements such as time synchronization and resistant to electro magnetic interference(EMI).So it lays down the foundation for the realization of high-precision,low-cost inertial navigation system.
