【摘要】 本文对比研究了我国港澳台地区个人信息保护法律法规及标准体系,并分析提出值得我国大陆参考及借鉴的地方。研究表明,港澳台地区已经建立较完善的个人信息保护立法体系及监管机构,尝试制定针对性较强的规范,建立认证体系,并积极参与国际或区域的个人隐私论坛活动。鉴于我国目前个人信息泄露严重的现状,相关部门应加快立法、制定标准规范、着手构建个人信息保护体系,同时加强与国际的或区域的隐私机构的合作。更多还原

【Abstract】 A comparison of personal information protection standards and regulations of Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan in our country show that well established personal information protection legislation systems and supervision organizations have been established,and strongly pertinent norms and authentication systems are both tried to work out.In addition,officials from those areas actively participate in series BBS held by international or regional personal privacy organizations.In view of serious status of China’s current disclosure of personal information,related departments from Chinese Mainland should speed up the step of legislation,standards development establishment of personal information protection system.At the same time,we should pay continuous attention to international or regional privacy agencies and strengthen cooperation with them.更多还原
