【摘要】 目的观察养正消积胶囊联合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生存质量的影响。方法将260例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各130例。两组均给予NP化疗方案,治疗组同时口服养正消积胶囊,疗程4个月。观察两组临床疗效、生存质量及毒副反应发生情况。结果两组临床疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者生存质量均有改善(P<0.01),且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论养正消积胶囊可提高晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生存质量、减轻化疗毒副反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of"Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule"and chemotherapy on quality of life in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Two hundred and sixty subjects were randomized into two groups: control group in which 130 cases were treated with NP chemotherapy,and treatment group in which 130 cases were treated with NP chemotherapy and"Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule",with a course of four months.The clinical efficacy,quality of life and adverse reaction were observed.Results There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P >0.05);after treatment,the quality of life was improved in both groups(P < 0.01),with more significant improvement in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0.05);the incidences of myelosuppression and gastrointestinal reactions were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion "Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule"can improve NSCLC patients’ quality of life and reduce the chemotherapeutic side effects.更多还原
