【摘要】 目的采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法(HPLC-ELSD)测定加减玉女煎颗粒剂中菝葜皂苷元含量。方法采用HPLC-ELSD法,色谱柱:ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(95∶5);柱温:30℃;流速:1 ml/min。结果菝葜皂苷元含量在1.08～5.4μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9993,其性质稳定,重复性好,且阴性成分无干扰。结论菝葜皂苷元作为加减玉女煎颗粒剂的质控成分具有一定的可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the content of sarsasapogenin in "Jiajian Yunvjian Granule" by HPLC-ELSD.Methods The HPLC-ELSD method was adopted with ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) at 30 ℃,and the methanol-water(95 ∶5) as mobile phase with the flow rate of 1 ml/min was used.Results The linear range of sarsasapogenin was 1.08~5.4μg(r=0.999 3),the repeatability was good,and there was no disturbance by negative contents.Conclusion There is some feasibility for taking sarsasapogenin as the quality control content of "Jiajian Yunvjian Granule".更多还原
