【摘要】 目的观察针刺配合音乐疗法治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效。方法将60例广泛性焦虑症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用针刺配合音乐疗法治疗,对照组采用药物治疗。比较两组治疗前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、不良反应症状量表(TESS)评分及临床疗效。结果两组治疗2、4、6星期后HAMA和SAS评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗2、4、6星期后TESS评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针刺配合音乐疗法是一种治疗广泛性焦虑症的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and music therapy in treating generalized anxiety disorder(GAD). Method Sixty patients with GAD were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture plus music therapy, and the control group was by medication. The Self-rating Anxiety Scale, Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA), and Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale(TESS) were adopted for evaluation before and after treatment and the clinical efficacies were compared. Result After treatment, the HAMA and SAS scores were significantly changed in both groups after 2-week, 4-week, and 6-week treatments respectively(P<0.01). There was a significant difference between the two groups in comparing clinical efficacy(P<0.05). The treatment group was significantly different from the control group in comparing the TESS score respectively after 2-week, 4-week, and 6-week treatments(P<0.01). Conclusion Combination of acupuncture and music therapy is an effective method in treating GAD.更多还原
