【摘要】 精神疾病发病率高,疾病负担重。患者在认知、情感、意识和行为等精神活动方面存在不同程度的障碍,加之我国尚未建立成熟的精神病防治、康复和监管体系,围绕精神病患者发生的伤害事件时有发生。本文综述分析了精神病患者肇事肇祸、自我伤害以及遭受他人伤害的特征与规律,为制定相关政策、疾病防治、患者管理等提供科学依据,降低伤害事件的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mental disorders exist at a high incidence and heavy economic burden to families and society. Patients with mental diseases are characterized as disorders in cognition, mood, consciousness and behaviors. With the incomplete mental health service system in the prevention, rehabilitation and managing of patients with mental disorders, injuries relevant to them occur with considerable incidences. This article summarized and analysed the features and patterns of mental disorder relevant injuries to patients, others, and the consequent social problems thereby. This information is of help in policy making, patient management and decreasing injury rate.更多还原
