【Abstract】 For adsorption separation plant in PX project,the internals of adsorption tower mainly include the center pipe,inside &outside gratings and distributor and the precision requirement for fabrication and installation of these internals is very high.In a petrochemical company’s PX Project,UOP imported process was used for the internals of adsorption tower in adsorption separation plant.Taking this as an example,this article adopts site insertion installation method and uses well designed fabrication installation process and proper equipment and tools to make the internals installation quality fully meet the requirement of UOP patent technology.It has a referential significance to the fabrication and installation of internals of adsorption tower with complex structure.更多还原
