齐鲁乙烯装置冷区保冷改造节能效果评价
EVALUATION OF ENERGY SAVING EFFECT AFTER REVAMP OF COLD INSULATION IN QILU ETHYLENE PLANT
【摘要】 文章采用表面温度法对齐鲁乙烯装置的低温设备和管道的保冷效果进行了系统测试。结果表明乙烯装置低温系统在多年运行后,保冷结构的保冷效果不能满足要求,造成装置冷损增加,能耗加大,技术经济指标下降。经过科学选择保冷材料、严格把关施工质量的保冷改造后,保冷效果提高,乙烯装置燃动能耗同比下降约15kg标油/t,节能效果明显,同时改善了装置的操作环境。
【Abstract】 Surface temperature method was adopted to carry out a systematic testing on the cold insulation effect of the low temperature equipment and piping in Qilu ethylene plant.The results showed that the cold insulation effect of the plant was unsatisfactory after many years of operation.This resulted in more cold energy loss and energy consumption and the economic and technical index of the ethylene plant declined.After insulation revamp through scientific selection of materials and strict supervision of construction quality,the cold insulation effect was improved and the energy consumption of the ethylene plant dropped by 15 kilogram of standard fuel per ton.Energy saving effect was distinct and meanwhile,the operating environment was improved.
