【摘要】 与血液透析治疗有关的主要医疗设备包括血液透析机和反渗透水处理系统。血液透析相关设备的消毒是保证透析病人治疗安全,减少透析并发症的重要环节。血液透析设备的消毒属于中等水平消毒,即能够杀灭除芽孢以外的各种微生物。由于内毒素及其碎片可以穿过透析膜进入血液,对透析病人造成严重伤害,通过消毒,可以阻止细菌的生长繁殖和避免生物膜的形成,从而达到最大程度减少内毒素产生的目的。血液透析机的消毒有化学消毒、热水消毒、热化学消毒三种方式,可以根据实际情况和要求选择。反渗透水处理系统消毒以化学消毒和热水消毒为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hemodialysis equipments include hemodialysis machines and reverse osmosis water treatment system. It is an important process to disinfect the hemodialysis equipments properly so as to ensure safety and reduce complications in dialysis patients. Disinfection of hemodialysis equipments belongs to the intermediate level disinfection, meaning that it can kill micro-organisms except spore. As the endotoxin and its debris can pass through the dialysis membranes and enter the blood, proper disinfection must be applied to prevent bacteria reproduction and avoid biofilm formation so that the endotoxin production can be minimized. Hemodialysis machines can be disinfected by means of chemical disinfection, hot water disinfection,and/or hot chemical disinfection. Reverse osmosis water treatment system is usually disinfected mainly by chemical disinfection and/or hot water disinfection.更多还原
