不同配比育苗基质提高西瓜幼苗耐盐性研究
Study on the salt resistance of watermelon seedlings as influenced by different-proportion substrata
【摘要】 在草炭基质中按不同体积比加入水稻田土和精制有机肥,进行西瓜育苗和栽培试验,并调查分析了不同配比基质西瓜幼苗定植于大棚盐渍化上壤后的生长性状。结果表明:草炭上:水稻土:商品有机肥的配比为3:2:1(v:v:v)时,西瓜幼苗的壮苗指数、丰产性相对指数、干物重和耐盐性等生长指标均表现最佳;该配比基质能有效提高西瓜幼苗的品质,增强幼苗对盐渍化土壤的耐性,促进幼苗发棵抽蔓。有利于设施西瓜的早熟栽培。
【Abstract】 Experiments of cultivating watermelon seedlings were carried out in peat soil added with different proportions of paddy soil and refined organic fertilizer,and after the seedlings were transplanted to the salinized soil of vinyl house,their growth was also investigated.The results showed that when the volumetric ratio of peat soil:paddy soil:commercial organic fertilizer was 3:2:1,the seedlings were the best in terms of such physiological indicators as sound seedling index,relative highyield index,dry weight and salt tolerance.The comprehensive comparison showed that such a substrate proportion could effectively improve the seedlings’ quality and tolerance to salinized soil and promote the seedlings’ tillering and branching,being conducive to watermelon early maturing culture under structure.
