【摘要】 随着节能减排和安全性能要求不断提高,汽车轻量化成为汽车工业发展的主要趋势,而高强钢和先进制造技术的广泛应用是实现汽车轻量化的有效方法。作为国内主要的汽车用钢供应商,鞍钢研制开发了以980 MPa级双相钢、TRIP钢和TWIP钢为代表的系列先进高强钢,以700 MPa级大梁板为代表的热轧高强汽车用钢,以及1 500 MPa级的热冲压成形钢和系列内高压成形钢。同时,鞍钢开展了高强钢的回弹、焊接性能、高速拉伸性能等应用技术研究,为客户提供从材料选择到结构设计等一系列的EVI技术支持,为汽车工业的发展做出贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the requirement of energy consuming and safety increasing,lightweight become the main trend in automobile industry.The use of high strength steel and advanced manufacture technology is an effective way to achieve the goal of lightweight.As a major automotive steel supplier,Ansteel company developed a series of advanced high strength steel represented by DP,TRIP and TWIP steels with 980 MPa strength grade,hot rolling high strength steel represented by beam steel plate with 700 MPa strength grade,press hardening steel with 1 500 MPa strength grade and series of hydroforming steel.Meanwhile Ansteel company has undertaken a lot of research on the application technology such as spring buck,welding performance and high speed tensile behavior of high strength steel,and provided a series of technical support from material choosing to body structure design for customer.Ansteel company provides not only high quality automotive steel but also total solutions to automaker.更多还原
