【摘要】 目的:研究防风通圣散干预非酒精性脂肪肝实验大鼠模型的影响。方法:取成年SD雄性大鼠60只,适应性饲养2周后,随机分为2组:正常对照组12只(予普通饲料),造模组48只(予高脂饲料)。在给予高脂饮食后的第2周开始,将造模组的48只SD大鼠随机分为模型对照组12只,防风通圣散低、中、高剂量治疗组各12只。至造模10周末,防风通圣散低、中、高剂量治疗组分别给予防风通圣散生药6,12,16 g·kg-1ig qd干预2周。各组饲养方式不变。然后静脉取血进行生化检查,处死动物,取新鲜肝脏制备标本。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠血清肝功能、血脂指标,肝细胞脂肪变程度均有明显的升高、加重(P<0.01)。与模型对照组比较,防风通圣散低、中、高剂量组大鼠血清肝功能和血脂指标,肝细胞脂肪变程度均有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:防风通圣散干预非酒精性脂肪肝能明显恢复肝组织的结构,减轻肝细胞的损伤,保护肝功能,降低血脂参数。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of Fang- feng Tong- sheng Powder on nonalcoholic fatty liver in experimental rat model. Methods: 60 male SD adult rats were randomly divided into two groups after 2 weeksadaptive feeding,in which 12 ones were in normal control group( given to ordinary feed),and 48 ones in model- making group( given to high fat feed). At the second week start of a high- fat diet,48 SD rats were randomly divided into model control group( 12 rats) and treatment groups of low,medium and high dose Fang- feng Tong- sheng Powder. Until the 10th week Fang- feng Tong- sheng Powder in low,medium and high dose were respectively given to treatment groups: 6,12,16 g · kg- 1ig qd,and the administration had been for 2 weeks.Then the venous blood was drew to do biochemical examination,the rats were executed,and fresh liver were prepared into animal specimens. Results: Compared with in normal control group,liver function,blood lipid and liver steatosis degree were increased markedly and aggravatingly in model control group( P < 0. 01). Compared with the model group,the difference was statistically significant in treatment groups on liver function,blood lipid and liver steatosis degree( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Fang- feng Tong- sheng Powder can obviously restore liver tissue,reduce the damage of liver cell,protect the liver function,and reduce blood lipid parameters on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.更多还原
