【摘要】 目的:观察柴胡疏肝散加减治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组予以柴胡疏肝散治疗,对照组予以茴三硫片治疗,两组疗程均为4周。结果:治疗组治愈14例,显效22例,有效19例,无效5例,总有效率为91.67%(95%CI=84.68%～98.66%);对照组治愈9例,显效17例,有效21例,无效13例,总有效率为78.33%(95%CI=67.91%～88.75%);两组综合疗效比较(u=2.060 5,P=0.040 7),差异有显著性意义。结论:柴胡疏肝散加减治疗慢性胆囊炎的疗效优于茴三硫片,其收益为OR=0.33(95%CI=0.11～0.99),NNT=7(95%CI=3.8～178.6)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of modified Powder of Chai-hu Shu-gan on chronic cholecystitis.Methods: 120 cases were randomly divided into two groups,and 60 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Powder of Chai-hu Shu-gan,and the control group was treated with anethol trithione.One treatment course included 4 weeks.Results: In treatment group 14 cases were recovered,22 ones excellent,19 ones effective,and 5 ones ineffective.The total effective rate was 91.67%(95%CI=84.68%-98.66%).In control group 9 cases was recovered,17 ones excellent,21 ones effective,and 13 ones ineffective.The total effective rate was 78.33%(95%CI=67.91%-88.75%).There was significant difference between the two groups(u=2.060 5,P=0.040 7).Conclusion: Modified Powder of Chai-hu Shu-gan has better effect on chronic cholecystitis than Tablet of anethol trithione,OR= 0.33(95%CI=0.11-0.99),NNT=7(95%CI=3.8-178.6).更多还原
