硅化镁制备工艺的研究
Preparation of Magnesium Silicide
【摘要】 提供一种硅化镁制备的方法,通过对硅化镁制备工艺的研究,得到优化的工艺条件为:反应温度600℃、反应时间4 h、Mg∶Si的摩尔比2.02∶1、降温速率10℃/min,此时产品中硅化镁含量大于98%。
【Abstract】 Provided a method of producing magnesium silicide.Through the study of magnesium silicide preparation technology,concluded the optimal process conditions that the reaction temperature was 600 ℃,the reaction time was 4 h,the molar ratio of Mg and Si was 2.02 and the cooling rate was 10 ℃/min.Under above conditions,the yield of magnesium silicide was greater than 98%.
