【摘要】 为了揭示西南少数民族地区大学生的情绪智力与应对效能的相关性,采用情绪智力问卷和应对效能问卷,对广西大学235名本科生进行调查。结果表明,情绪智力与应对效能存在显著相关,贫困生与非贫困生在情绪智力和应对效能上均存在显著差异,少数民族学生和汉族学生在情绪智力上有显著差异。大学生的自我情绪调节、自我情绪评价、他人情绪调节对应对效能有较好的预测作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To research the relationship between emotional intelligence and coping efficacy of college students in the southwest minority area of China,this study used Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire and Coping Efficacy Questionnaire to investigate 235 college students from Guangxi University.It is shown that the emotional intelligence and performance significantly relates;non-poverty student score is higher than poor students;Han students’ emotional intelligence is significantly higher than the minority national students.Emotional intelligence is concluded to be correlated with coping efficacy.更多还原
