【摘要】 目的:研究慈菇消脂丸对酒精性脂肪肝大鼠脂代谢及肝脏形态学的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法:用高脂饲料喂食加乙醇灌胃的方法复制酒精性脂肪肝模型。60只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、慈菇消脂丸高剂量组(高剂量组)、慈菇消脂丸中剂量组(中剂量组)、慈菇消脂丸低剂量组(低剂量组)、罗格列酮阳性药物对照组(阳性对照组)。慈菇消脂丸对模型大鼠治疗4 w后,观察模型大鼠肝组织病理形态学的变化,检测血清血脂、肝功能变化情况。结果:模型组大鼠肝小叶内出现大量脂肪变性,汇管区伴有炎细胞浸润以及部分点状肝细胞坏死。与模型组比较,慈菇消脂丸各剂量组肝脏脂肪变性和炎症均有不同程度减轻。慈菇消脂丸能降低模型大鼠TG、TC、ALT、AST碱性磷酸酶的含量,与模型组比较差异具有统计学意义。结论:慈菇消脂丸具有降低血脂、改善肝功能,减轻肝细胞脂肪变性,从而起到对酒精性脂肪肝的防治作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of Cigu Xiaozhi pill(CXP)on lipometabolism and liver morphology in alcoholic fatty liver disease(AFLD)rats.Method:Rat model of alcoholic fatty liver was established by intragastric infusion of ethanol and high-fat diet.Rats were divided into normal group,model group,CXP high,middle,low dosage group and positive control group.Then hepatic tissue pathological changes were observed,lipids in serum and liver function were detected.Results:In model group,hepatic steatosis in lobules,infiltration of inflammatory cell and petechial hepatocyte necrosis in portal triads were discovered.Compared with model group,symptoms of hepatic steatosis and inflammation were alleviated,contents of TG、TC 、ALT、AST were significantly reduced in CXP groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:CXP can prevent and treat AFLD through lowering blood lipid,improving liver function and alleviating symptoms of hepatic steatosis.更多还原
