阳极合金残渣除Fe、Si的综合研究
Comprehensive Study on Removal of Fe and Si from Residue of Alloy Anode
【摘要】 在三层液电解精铝工业中,随着电解的进行,Fe和Si富集在阳极合金中,由于含有高含量的Fe、Si杂质而使熔点升高并析出形成阳极合金残渣。本研究采用重熔、精炼、酸浸工艺对阳极合金残渣进行综合处理。实验结果表明:阳极合金渣在经过900℃重熔,保温温度880℃、保温时间90min,酸浸温度90℃、酸浸时间5min的条件下,处理后的阳极合金渣中的铁含量为2.77%,硅含量0.93%,完全满足电解精铝工业的标准。
【Abstract】 In the industry of refining aluminium by the method of three-layer liquid,with the electrolytic,Fe element and Si element enrich in anode alloy.Alloy residue is formed for the high content of Fe and Si,which makes the melting point rise and precipitate.In the paper,anode alloy residue was remelted,refined and acid-leached.Experimental results show that,when the anode alloy residue was remelted at 900℃,held at the temperature of 880℃ for 90 min,acid dipping temperature 90℃,acid dipping 5 min,the content of iron after the anode alloy of was 2.77%,the content of silicon was 0.93%,it meet the standard of electrolytic refined aluminum industry.
