【Abstract】 The three most critical parts in the construction project management process are the cost control,schedule control and quality control.And the cost control is the part owners most concerned about.PDCA cycle is a total quality management method invented by Dr.W.Edwards.Deming,a quality management expert,USA,and it is also known as the Deming cycle because of its continuous rising and circularity.The cost should be controlled by using the PDCA cycle mode.Thereby,we can complete the construction project with an optimum cost program on the premise that be guaranteed not to affect the duration and quality.更多还原
