预应力加固技术在某改造工程中的应用
Application of Prestressing Strengthening Technology in a Reconstruction Project
【摘要】 某高校体育馆依据新的使用要求,需将原建筑物第3层的部分柱拆除。对结构的分析和计算表明,新生成的荷载已超出原结构的允许承载力。通过方案比选,使用预应力技术对原框架梁进行主动受力加固,此种加固法既能增加构件的抗弯强度,又能提高构件的刚度并减少其挠度值。若对框架柱采取扩大截面加固法,则增加了框架柱的截面及配筋。整个加固设计中着重考虑节点的构造措施,确保新老结构能共同工作,以提高结构的综合承载力,使得在改造加固后建筑物的整体抗震能力不降低。施工方案设计中采取先加固后拆除的工作流程,无需设置大型的支撑结构,具有经济效益好、施工速度快、安全度高等优点。
【Abstract】 During the renovation of a college gymnasium,some of the columns on the third floor need to be removed according to the new function requirements.Structure analysis showed that the new load has exceeded the load bearing capacity of the original structure.After scheme comparison,it was decided to strengthen the original frame beam using pre-stressing technology because this strengthening could not only enhance the bending resistance of the member,but also increase the flexural stiffness and reduce the beam deflection.The columns were strengthened by enlarging the cross-section and add extra reinforcements.Special attentions were paid to the connection details to ensure that the old and new structures can work together to provide an enhanced overall resistance and to maintain the seismic resistance level of the building.During the construction,the strengthening was applied before removal of the columns so that there is no need to set up temporary support.The construction technology had the advantages of low cost,fast construction,high security etc.
