【摘要】 阐述了《广州市绿色建筑设计指南》的编制思路,从引入控制指标、分专业提供技术组合思路和推荐方案、编制绿色建筑设计说明专篇和设计审查备案表3方面提高设计指南的可操作性;提出了规定性指标和性能性指标相结合的绿色建筑设计方法,简化设计工作,保障技术效果;介绍了绿色建筑设计说明专篇和设计审查备案表的结构、内容和实施方法;最后对后续工作进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 The drafting principle of Design Guide for Green Building in Guangzhou Area is introduced.Operability of the design guide is improved by introducing control index,providing technical combination ideas and design recommendations for each specialty and preparing green building design specification and design inspection record form.Design methods with combined use of prescriptive index and performance index are proposed to simplify design process and ensure technical effect.The structure,content and implement of green building design specification and design inspection record form are introduced.Finally,expectations are made for next-stage work.更多还原
