服饰图案的自动寻边切割算法
Algorithm of Automatic Tracing-Edge Cutting for Dress Patterns
【摘要】 在基于机器视觉的自动切割技术基础上,提出了对服饰图案进行自动寻边切割的算法.采用滤波、边缘检测和边缘跟踪等数字图像处理算法,以海宝图案为例进行了图像处理.有效地提取了前景与背景区分明显且轮廓连续的图案待切割目标的边缘信息,并对边缘信息进行矢量化处理,进而控制SPIN 1006型激光裁剪机,实现对被切割物体的精确激光切割.
【Abstract】 Based on the automatic cutting technology by machine vision,an automatic tracing-edge cutting algorithm for dress patterns was presented.By means of digital image processing technologies,such as filtering,edge detecting and edge tracking algorithms,the pattern of Haibao was processed as an example image.The edge information of target patterns to be cut with a great contrast between the foreground and the background and a continuous contour was effectively extracted.The information were operated by vector processing.Then,the SPIN 1006 laser cutting machine was controlled for precision laser cutting on the pattern target.
