基于改进BP算法的汽车排气噪声主动控制

【摘要】 为了更有效地消除汽车排气噪声,针对广泛使用的Filter-XLMS自适应算法不适用于非线性系统的缺陷,采用基于共轭梯度法改进的误差反向传播(Error Back Propagation,BP)算法,调节自适应滤波器的参数,在Matlab环境下设计建立自适应噪声抵消系统的仿真模型,并在发动机排气噪声的产生机理和频率构成分析的基础上进行仿真试验.仿真结果表明,改进的BP算法对于非线性系统具有更加理想的降噪效果.

【Abstract】 In order to eliminate engine exhaust noise effectively,an improved BP algorithm based on the conjugate gradient method was applied to adjust the parameters of the adaptive filter,which aiming at defects that the used Filter-XLMS adaptive algorithm cannot apply to non-line system,a simulation model of adaptive noise cancellation system was built by Matlab software.Simulation experiments were conducted based on analysis of generation mechanism and frequency distribution for engine exhaust noise.The simulation result shows that the improved system has a better effect on noise reduction for non-line system.
