【摘要】 对影响纺织品耐老化性能的外部因素进行了阐述,对国内外纺织品耐老化性能的研究情况和测试方法进行了分析和对比,指出国内现有的测试方法存在对老化因素模拟不够全面、评价指标过于单一的问题,对建立完善的纺织品耐老化性能测试方法提出了建议,认为应该增加对气温波动极端情况的模拟,应考虑在试验大气中增加硫化物、氮氧化物等有效成分,引入纤维中羰基含量的变化作为纺织品老化评价指标的补充。更多还原

【Abstract】 Influencing factors on textile aging property are discussed in this paper with domestic and international research status and test standards developed in this field are analyzed and compared as well as in-comprehensive simulation of influencing factors and simplicity of index evaluating of the domestic test methods pointed out,and the suggestions to improve these standards are proposed;the simulation of extreme fluctuation of atmosphere temperature should be added to these standards;active gas including sulfide,nitrogen oxide should be supplemented to the test atmosphere;the variability of carbonyl content in textile fibers should be used as an supplementary indicator of textile aging property.更多还原
