【摘要】 外商直接投资(FDI)是跨国公司的投资需求与东道国经济、社会以及政策制度等环境相互契合的结果,实际利用FDI和合同FDI的差异反映了二者的契合程度.本文以面板数据为基础,以中国大陆31个省级区域为基本单元,在基于合同FDI和实际利用FDI的时间序列特征差异的基础上,将1985年~2010年我国利用FDI的时间序列划分为1985年~1990年、1991年~1993年、1994年~1999年和2000年~2010年四个阶段,并分析三大区域各阶段实际利用FDI和合同FDI及其实现率时空分布特征,进而分析对外开放以来我国利用外资环境改善在空间上的演进特征.本研究为制定相应的政策引导外资布局优化,充分发挥外资推动区域经济社会发展的作用具有重要意义.更多还原

【Abstract】 Foreign Direct Investment( FDI) is a result between multinational company investment demand and the environment of the host country’s economic as well as its policy. The differences between the utilized FDI and the contracted FDI reflect the fit between the investment demand and environment. In the paper,using the panel data,taking 31 provincial regions in Chinese mainland as the research unit,the time series of China FDI utilization is divided into four stages: 1985 ~ 1990,1991 ~ 1993,1994 ~ 1999 and 2000 ~ 2010,which is based on the characteristic diversity between the utilized FDI and contracted FDI time series. At the same time,the temporal and spatial distributions of the utilized FDI,contracted FDI and its implementation rate among the three main areas have also been discussed. Finally,we analyze the evolution characteristics of the foreign investment utilization environment since the opening up of China. This study is of great significance to formulate the corresponding policy to guide the foreign investment layout more optimized,and gives full play to the role of foreign investment to promote the regional economical and social development.更多还原
