钌(Ⅱ)配合物合成、表征及其与DNA作用的光谱研究
Synthesis,Characterization and Spectroscopic Studies of DNA-binding of Ruthenium (Ⅱ) Complex
【摘要】 合成了一个新的钌(Ⅱ)多吡啶配合物[Ru(dmb)2(ipbd)](ClO4)2[dmb=4,4’–二甲基–2,2’-联吡啶],ipbd=2-(6,9-二氧环己环苯基)咪唑并[4,5-f]邻菲咯啉,用元素分析、电喷雾质谱、1HNMR对该配合物进行表征;用电子吸收光谱、粘度测试研究配合物与DNA作用。此外也研究了配合物清除羟基自由基的能力。实验结果表明配合物[Ru(dmb)2(ipbd)](ClO4)2与DNA之间通过插入模式结合。
【Abstract】 A new ruthenium(Ⅱ) complex [Ru(dmb)2(ipbd)](ClO4)2 [dmb=4,4’-dimethyl-2,2’-bipyridine],ipbd=2-(6,9-benz-odioxane) H-imizado phenanthrolin has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,ES-MS and 1HNMR.The DNA-binding behaviors were investigated by electronic absorption spectra,fluorescent spectra,viscosity measurements.The antioxidant activity against hydroxyl radical(·OH) was also investigated.The results show that the complex [Ru(dmb)2(ipbd)](ClO4)2 binds to DNA through intercalation mode.
