【摘要】 目的探讨阿托伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者IL-6、脑钠素(BNP)水平及心功能的影响。方法选择80例UAP患者,随机分为治疗组、对照组各40例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用阿托伐他汀20 mg/d。检测其用药前和用药32周血清IL-6、BNP水平,采用超声心动图检测左室射血分数(LVEF)、舒张末期容积(EDV)和收缩末期容积(ESV)。结果治疗32周,治疗组血清IL-6和BNP水平显著低于对照组(P均<0.01),其LVEF、EDV、ESV较用药前明显改善(P均<0.05),对照组无明显变化。结论阿托伐他汀能降低UAP患者血清IL-6和BNP水平,减轻炎症反应,稳定动脉粥样硬化斑块,改善心功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects of atorvastatin on serum IL-6,B-type natriuretic peptide( BNP) levels and heart function of patients with unstable angina pectoris( UAP). Methods Eighty cases of patients with UAP were randomly divided into two groups,40 in each group: the control group which was given conventional treatment,and treatment group which was given oral atorvastatin 20 mg / d on the basis of conventional treatment. Before and after treatment for 32 weeks,the serum levels of IL-6,BNP were measured; left ventricular ejection fraction( LVEF),EDV and ESV were measured by echocardiography. Results After treatment for 32 w,the serum IL-6 and BNP levels were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group( all P < 0. 01); EDV and ESV were decreased while LVEF was increased in the treatment group( all P < 0. 05),and with no significant changes in the control group. Conclusion Atorvastatin treatment of unstable angina pectoris can have a significant reduction in serum IL-6 and BNP levels,reduce inflammation reaction,make atherosclerotic plaque stable and improve heart function.更多还原
