【摘要】 目的探讨后腹腔镜同期手术治疗双侧肾、肾上腺病变的临床疗效。方法 57例双侧肾、肾上腺病变患者均采用后腹腔镜同期手术。术中均采用自行研制的实用腹膜后腔扩张器扩张腹膜后腔。结果 57例手术全部一次成功。手术时间60~260 min,出血量20~300 mL,住院时间4~12 d。术中无大出血、休克、周围脏器损伤等意外发生。术后恢复顺利。结论后腹腔镜同期手术治疗双侧肾、肾上腺疾病避免了二次手术痛苦,缩短了住院时间,节约了医疗费用,是一种安全、可行的治疗方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopic simultaneous operation in the treatment of double kidney and adrenal lesions. Methods A total of 57 patients with double kidney and adrenal lesions all underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic simultaneous operation. Self-made retroperitoneum dilator was used to expand retroperitoneal space in both simultaneous operations. Results All 57 simultaneous operations were successfully completed. The main operation time was 60- 260 min,blood loss was 20- 300 mL,and the hospital stay was 4- 12 d. There was no hemorrhage,no shock,and no serious complications during the operation. Postoperative recovery was smooth. Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic simultaneous operation is a feasible,safe and efficient method for the treatment of double kidney and adrenal lesions,and it also avoids the second surgery,shortens the hospital stay and saves the medical expenses.更多还原
