【摘要】 目的探讨原因不明不孕症患者种植窗期子宫内膜容受性(ER)变化及意义。方法选择原因不明不孕症患者30例(观察组)及因男方因素致不孕症的正常女性30例(对照组),均于月经周期第19~24天行子宫内膜活检,采用SP免疫组化法检测两组子宫内膜中的IL-11、白血病抑制因子(LIF)、信号转导与转录活化因子3磷酸化(pSTAT3)表达,并分析各指标间的相关性。结果观察组子宫内膜中的LIF、IL-11、pSTAT3表达均低于对照组(P均<0.05);相关分析显示,LIF与IL-11、IL-11与pSTAT3(腺上皮)、pSTAT3(腺上皮)与LIF之间均有显著正相关性(r分别为0.489、0.803、0.573,P均<0.01)。结论原因不明不孕症患者种植窗期子宫内膜中的LIF、IL-11及pSTAT3表达存在缺陷,可导致胚胎种植能力下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the alteration of endometrial receptivity( ER) in the implantation window of unexplained infertility and its significance. Methods Endometrial biopsies( in the menstrual cycle,19 to 24 days) were conducted in 30 women with unexplained infertility( observation group) and 30 healthy women with male factor infertility( control group). The expression of IL-11,phosphorylated signal transducer and activator of transcription 3( pSTAT3),and leukemia inhibitory factor( LIF) was determined by immunohistochemical SP method,meanwhile the correlation analysis was conducted between each index. Results The expression of LIF,IL-11 and pSTAT3 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( all P < 0. 05). And there were positive correlations between LIF and IL-11,IL-11 and pSTAT3,LIF and pSTAT3( r = 0. 489,0. 803 and 0. 573,respectively; all P < 0. 01). Conclusion There are defects of LIF,IL-11 and pSTAT3 expression in the endometrium of implantation window of unexplained infertility,which may contribute to the decline of embryo implantation ability.更多还原
