【摘要】 目的研究免疫球蛋白G(IgG)在牙龈鳞状细胞癌中的表达,探讨IgG的表达水平与牙龈癌分化程度的相关性。方法应用免疫组化和原位杂交法检测30例牙龈鳞状细胞癌和牙龈正常上皮组织中IgG的表达水平。结果 IgG在牙龈鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达水平高于牙龈正常鳞状上皮(P<0.05);IgG的表达强度与牙龈癌的分化程度呈负相关(r=-0.509,P<0.01)。结论 IgG在牙龈鳞状细胞癌组织中表达升高;IgG表达与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of immunoglobulin G( IgG) in human gingival squamous cell carcinoma and its correlation with the differentiation of the gingival carcinoma.Methods The expression and distribution of IgG in 30 gingival squamous cell carcinoma tissues and the matched normal epithelial tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization.Results The expression of IgG in the gingival squamous cell carcinoma tissue was higher than that in the normal epithelial tissue( P < 0.05).There was negative correlation between the expression of IgG and the differentiation of the gingival carcinoma( r =- 0.509,P < 0.01).Conclusion IgG is highly expressed in the gingival squamous cell carcinoma.Abnormal expression of IgG in human gingival squamous cell carcinoma may be involved in the pathogenesis and development of the gingival carcinoma.更多还原
