【摘要】 目的测定天中胶囊中齐墩果酸和刺囊酸的含量,建立两种成分的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法用甲醇提取,盐酸水解,氯仿萃取制备供试品溶液;采用高效液相色谱法,用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,乙腈-水(90∶10)为流动相,检测波长为210 nm,测定样品中刺囊酸和齐墩果酸的含量。结果通过方法学的系统考察,建立了天中胶囊中刺囊酸和齐墩果酸的含量测定方法。结论本方法专属性强,重现性好,是控制天中胶囊内在质量的理想方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the determination method of echinocystic acid and oleanolic acid in Tianzhong Cap- sule by HPLC. Methods The sample was prepared by using methanol extraction,hydrochloric acid hydrolysis and chloro- form extraction; The contents of echinocystic acid and oleanolic acid were measured by HPLC with C 18 column,acetonitrile- water( 90∶10) as the mobile phase and the detection wavelength at 210 nm. Results Determination method of echinocystic acid and oleanolic acid in Tianzhong Capsule was established by systematic investigation of methodology. Conclusion This method was an ideal method to control the internal quality of Tianzhong Capsule with strong specificity and better repeat- ability.更多还原
